About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Compliance and Risk Lead to join our team at AXA Group. As a key member of our IT Governance and Compliance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our IT systems and data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement compliance and IT risk monitoring strategies to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential risks, and develop effective risk management plans.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on IT security and compliance best practices, and ensure that all employees understand their roles and responsibilities in maintaining a secure IT environment.
  • Work closely with the Head of Governance and Compliance to ensure that all IT systems and processes are compliant with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors and regulators, to ensure that AXA Group remains compliant with all relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements
  • At least 6 years of professional experience in a similar position in the insurance or banking industry, or in a highly regulated environment.
  • A university degree in a relevant field, such as information technology, computer science, or information security.
  • Strong knowledge of applicable insurance regulations and how they impact IT departments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
