IT Compliance and Risk Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Compliance and Risk Lead to join our team at AXA. As a key member of our IT Governance & Compliance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our IT systems and data.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement compliance and IT risk monitoring strategies to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Monitor and manage IT systems to ensure they are secure and compliant with relevant regulations.
- Identify potential regulatory and non-regulatory IT risks through thorough and ongoing risk assessments with relevant business leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with other GIE departments and AXA GO to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Lead the IT Business Process Improvement and contribute to the review of internal processes and activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
- University degree in information technology, computer science, information security, or a related field.
- Familiarity with applicable insurance regulations and their impact on the IT department.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex IT risks in simple business terms.
- Excellent problem-solving and self-management skills to solve technical problems tactically and analytically.
- Ability to serve as a lead expert resource in technology controls and information security for project teams, the business, and outside vendors.
