Job Description

**Reporting to the Vice-President Revenue Management & Business Performance**

The Revenue Management Strategy Director will be responsible for driving the commercial strategy for Orient-Express Cruises, focusing on optimizing revenue streams and managing yield. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing revenue management strategies to maximize net ticket revenue delivery across the full selling cycle.
  • Managing and optimizing all revenue streams, including pricing strategies and distribution systems.
  • Rolling out a Business Intelligence ecosystem to track performance, customer insights, and competition.
  • Defining and managing rates, rate levels, terms, and conditions to reflect demand and market conditions.
  • Managing revenue management tools and ensuring data integrity.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in Revenue Management, Pricing, or Distribution.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and RMS/inventory systems.
  • Strong understanding of database concepts.
  • Fluent in English; French is an asset.
