Director of Revenue Optimization

At Accor, we are committed to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences to our guests. As a Director of Revenue Management, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and optimizing hotel profits.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead strategic planning and collaborate with hotel profit generation teams to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
- Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize hotel profits.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and economic indicators to inform revenue growth strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital marketing efforts and optimize hotel visibility.
- Manage relationships with online travel agencies (OTAs) and other distribution partners to ensure optimal display of the hotel.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of revenue management systems, including RMS, CRS, and TARS.
- Ensure data quality and system hygiene, adhering to Accor standards and procedures.
- Motivate and lead a team of revenue management professionals to achieve exceptional guest service and employee satisfaction results.
- Strong experience in overseeing multi-hotel complexes.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Dynamic and results-driven attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous reservation experience and knowledge of revenue management systems, such as Ideas G3 RMS, Opera PMS, Passkey, Delphi, or Opera Sales and Catering, are highly preferred.
- This position requires the ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous. Occasional standing, walking, lifting, and carrying up to 20 lbs.
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Accounting, Finance, or Mathematics is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of revenue management experience.
