Revenue Executive Job Description


The Revenue Executive will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth at Pullman Singapore Orchard, a world-class lifestyle hotel. Working closely with the Director of Revenue, this individual will implement and leverage Revenue Management methods, processes, and tools to maximize revenue.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Support the Director of Revenue in defining the hotel's strategy, including business mix and pricing by season and type of day, for future periods.
  • Run daily and monthly reports to analyze hotel performance, including average rates, occupancy rates, and RevPAR.
  • Gather and analyze competitive intelligence to inform business decisions and improve marketing objectives.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to increase ancillary revenue.
  • Monitor room inventory and develop strategies to improve paid occupancy and ARR of room types.
  • Survey the market and competitors to inform future tactical decisions with the Hotel GMs.
  • Ensure accurate and dynamic forecasts for future dates based on RM system recommendations and daily data monitoring.
  • Make daily decisions to optimize hotel turnover, including pricing, inventory management, group quotation, and distribution channels.
  • Implement recommendations in reservation and reception and update systems accordingly.
  • Manage OTAs and ensure compliance and parity across all channels.
  • Collaborate with Reservations, Sales, and Front Office to meet hotel objectives.
  • Foster a revenue management culture within the hotel through weekly yield animation and coaching/training sessions.

Qualifications:



  • Degree in Tourism or Hotel Management or related field.
  • Experience in revenue management, preferably with a reception/reservation background.
  • Proficiency in hotel systems (PMS, TARS).
