We are currently seeking a Cosmetic Quality Control Laboratory Technician (Cosmetic Quality Controller) M/F to contribute to our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Quality Assurance Support

Manage the reception and processing of raw materials and finished products for inspection Conduct thorough quality assessments on raw materials and finished products in line with established protocols, specifications, and timelines Collaborate with quality study managers to facilitate batch releases in compliance with specifications Ensure accurate documentation and archiving of quality control records for raw and finished products Oversee the renewal of standards and other quality control elements during product marketing Maintain organized storage and archiving of raw materials and finished products Uphold cleanliness and order in the quality laboratory and standard sample library Assist in the development of approval tests during product formulation as requested by quality study managers Implement quality control methodologies to establish various testing protocols (color indicators, defect ranges, templates, measurement tools) Identify and document non-conformities, notifying the relevant quality study manager for cause analysis and corrective action proposals Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational processes Ensure adherence to quality assurance regulations Proactively address and report any situations or anomalies that may disrupt company operations Apply and uphold the ISO 22716 Standard and existing procedures

2. Quality Study Management

Collaborate closely with project teams and suppliers to ensure product quality:

Participate in risk assessments Develop action plans and specific testing protocols, monitoring control plans throughout the development and industrialization phases until finished product approval Create defect profiles and shade triptychs Compile the technical documentation for finished products Oversee the quality control of semi-finished and finished products in conjunction with suppliers and quality assistants, facilitating batch releases Monitor non-conformities during product launches Manage non-conformities and follow through on action plans Address market feedback

Contribute to the culture of continuous improvement:

Draft and implement internal quality standards (specifications, procedures, etc.) Support suppliers in meeting quality expectations Report on performance indicators both internally and externally Engage in cross-functional improvement initiatives (tools, feedback, etc.) Apply and enforce the ISO 22716 Standard and existing procedures.

Candidate Profile:

Bac+2/bac+3 (e.g., in quality control or chemistry) with relevant experience in a similar role within the cosmetics industry. Strong organizational skills, autonomy, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal abilities. Proficient in IT applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
