Strategic Sales Director for Western Europe

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Sales Leader to join our team at D-Fend Solutions AD Ltd in Western Europe. As Head of Sales, you will play a key role in driving our fast-growing global start-up company forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners in the Western Europe region.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise in the defence/security/law enforcement sectors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, providing insights to inform sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in the defence/security/law enforcement sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the Western Europe market, including key players, trends, and challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize efforts, and adjust quickly to changing market conditions.
  • Fluency in French is an advantage, but not required.
