- At Mercure Nottingham Sherwood Hotel, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our culinary team as a Junior Sous Chef. This role presents a unique opportunity to take the lead in food production, contributing to the creation of exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to design and implement menus that showcase our hotel's culinary expertise.
