Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to join our team at PAY JOB. As a Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of payroll operations, including:
- Processing a portfolio of 12 client accounts, representing approximately 400 payrolls.
- Controlling payroll elements in bulk.
- Preparing and submitting payroll declarations.
- Participating in monthly meetings to discuss client follow-up in English.
- Providing written and oral advice to clients in English.
- Integrating payroll data into various payroll tools.
Requirements:
- Significant experience in payroll management.
- Preferably experience in a consulting firm or accounting firm.
- Excellent English language skills, with a strong command of written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of SILAE is a prerequisite.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
- Ability to manage large volumes of data.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary: 40/45 KEUR depending on profile.
