Drive Growth for 'Conso' Division at Médias France
As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the reach of our 'Conso' division (focused on SMEs), currently comprised of 16 dedicated team members. Reporting directly to Commercial Director Thomas Parchemin, your primary objective will be to cultivate and nurture relationships with key media partners.
- Forge Strategic Alliances: Collaborate closely with prominent French public media outlets such as Marie Claire, Madame Figaro, Forbes, Auto Plus, and more.
- Identify New Revenue Streams: Secure advertising partnerships for our online platforms, including 'Essential Addresses'.
- Cultivate SME Relationships: Develop a robust portfolio of advertisers aligned with the themes of our engaging shows.
- Drive Sales Success: Promote our products and services effectively, ultimately leading to successful closures.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
We seek a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in B2C or B2B sales. You possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit, adept at identifying potential clients through search engines and social media platforms. Your persuasive communication skills and results-oriented mindset will be instrumental in achieving your targets. Experience with CRM systems (Sellsy preferred) is advantageous but not essential.
Rewards and Benefits:
We offer a highly competitive compensation package, including an uncapped earning potential ranging from €25,000 to €80,000 per year (base salary + variable).
