We are currently seeking a mid-level Field Support Engineer. This role is a full-time position that allows for remote work, with up to 70% travel required.

Your Responsibilities:

(1) Provide post-sales technical assistance for all EcoFlow product lines;

(2) Foster strong relationships and collaborate closely with key accounts and sales channels, working with internal teams to resolve technical issues arising from delivery channels;

(3) Develop and maintain EcoFlow Product Solution presentations and related technical documentation for promotional and after-sales service purposes;

(4) Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, trial support, and provide technical assistance to EcoFlow installers, retailers, and end-users;

(5) Stay informed about industry trends, gather and document technical feedback on EcoFlow products, and suggest improvements for product iterations;

(6) Proactively address additional challenges that may arise in the workplace.

Your Qualifications:

(1) A minimum of 3 years of experience as a technical service engineer, preferably in sectors related to solar energy, power storage, or electrical tools;

(2) Excellent communication skills in both French and English, enabling effective interaction with EcoFlow teams and clients;

(3) A degree in electrical engineering is preferred;

(4) Proficient in using software tools such as MS Word, Excel, Visio, etc.;

(5) Self-motivated, detail-oriented, patient, and capable of working independently on-site;

(6) Ability to work effectively under general supervision;

(7) Proficiency in additional European languages is considered an advantage.
