End User Business Development Manager (Critical Infrastructure)

Are you a seasoned sales professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for building relationships and driving business growth? We are seeking an experienced End User Business Development Manager to join our team in France.

About the Role

As an End User Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for building a pipeline of new Critical Infrastructure opportunities within your given region and ensuring all growth targets are achieved. You will work closely with our European Business Development Director to develop and execute account strategies, support consultants and specifiers, and represent the company at trade shows and customer events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project manage critical infrastructure accounts within your region
  • Develop and execute account strategies for accounts, including account plans
  • Support consultants and specifiers within the specific sector
  • Represent the company at trade shows, customer events, and association meetings
  • Collaborate across different business areas in HID to efficiently deliver solutions to meet customer needs
  • Maintain customer details, activities, and opportunities using CRM
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Native French, with the ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience of working with national infrastructure or public sector organizations
  • Ability to read and interpret technical journals, specifications, international technical standards
  • Experience in using Salesforce or similar CRM platform
