Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve profitable growth within your assigned accounts.
- Identify key market trends and customer needs to drive the development of new products and services.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including engineering, product management, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery and support for our customers.
- Lead and manage all aspects of the sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and ongoing relationship management.
- Stay informed about industry regulations, market trends, and technological advancements within the TRS sector.
We seek a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a proven track record in sales and account management. The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role within the automotive or ICT industries.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
