Job Title: Global Accounts Manager

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a highly skilled Global Accounts Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with global health systems and providing global business leadership and management of their accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain key relationships with global health systems
  • Develop and manage opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Monitor deployment projects and engage global resources
  • Define a CXO relationship strategy within the account
  • Partner with local and regional teams to ensure alignment and success
Requirements:
  • Master's degree preferred and 9+ years of sales experience in a hospital or laboratory
  • Ability to understand business and financial goals of customers and develop strategies to meet them
  • Proven ability to manage large, complex global accounts
  • Strong understanding of global marketplace
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Solid project management skills
