As the EMEA Channel Resell Director, you will spearhead a vibrant team, navigate the channel market strategy, and drive resell revenue throughout the region. Your role encompasses recruiting, nurturing, managing, and motivating a team of direct reports across EMEA. With a wealth of experience in channel operations and a solid understanding of reseller, integrator, and distributor dynamics, you will utilize your expertise to enhance partnerships and broaden market reach. Collaboration with global leadership will be essential to synchronize regional strategies with overarching global objectives and to formulate effective plans. Your strong communication abilities will enable you to represent the Channel Resell division effectively within the region. This position involves close cooperation with leadership across Sales, Partner Ecosystem, Marketing, Customer Success, Enablement, and Product to propel strategic initiatives in alignment with the global strategy.
This role includes managerial responsibilities and reports directly to the VP of International Alliances and Partner Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, develop, and lead the Channel team across EMEA
- Oversee resold revenue generation in EMEA
- Forecast, report, and achieve quarterly revenue objectives
- Present and report on EMEA Channel Resell during regional meetings
- Leverage regional insights to refine strategic direction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams - Sales, Partner Ecosystem, Marketing, Customer Success, Enablement, and Product - to execute and finalize regional strategies
- Develop annual EMEA plans that align with global Channel objectives, including target setting by country, resource distribution, and coordination with other teams
- Utilize existing partner relationships to empower your team in influencing decision-makers, enhancing alignment, and accelerating partner engagement
- Build strong internal relationships within Docusign with key leaders and support teams in a dynamic and expanding environment to ensure timely connections with the right individuals
- Represent Docusign at partner events and engage with partners effectively
Hybrid:
Employees will split their time between in-office and remote work, with a minimum expectation of in-office attendance.
QualificationsBasic Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Proficiency in both French and English
- Extensive and proven experience in channel sales
- A track record of consistently exceeding sales targets
- Demonstrated leadership and management of complementary teams
- Experience in resell operations across EMEA
- Ability to execute while maintaining a broad perspective on regional strategy
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking
- A strong work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile
- Adaptability to a fast-paced and evolving environment
- A collaborative spirit, able to work across various departments
- Willingness to travel as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- A Master's degree or equivalent postgraduate education
- Proven leadership experience in managing Channel teams
- International experience
- Background in the SaaS and Cloud industries
