Primary Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Pursue new business opportunities in the digital advertising sector.
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, including prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and contract management.

Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in web publishing.
  • Understand client needs and propose Sparteo's solutions to address their business challenges.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights on industry trends and best practices.

Market Positioning and Influence
  • Position Sparteo as a leader in the AdTech space, leveraging data-driven insights to influence decision-makers.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Represent Sparteo at industry events, conferences, and forums to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in AdTech sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the digital advertising landscape, including programmatic display, video, and audio advertising.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage analytics for decision-making.
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage complex sales cycles, and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
