The National Account Manager will be responsible for driving business growth and development of key accounts. This role will involve strategic planning, negotiation, and implementation of marketing plans to achieve retail sales and financial gains.
Key Responsibilities:- Negotiate space and positioning with retailers to increase brand visibility and sales.
- Develop and implement marketing plans to meet business objectives and enhance brand image.
- Forecast new campaigns and work closely with the supply and demand team to ensure successful execution.
- Manage sales and profitability of key accounts, including budget preparation and analysis.
- Collaborate with the Trade Marketing team to ensure effective execution of marketing plans and visual merchandising.
- Act as a liaison between retailers and internal teams to provide trustworthy feedback and drive business growth.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent understanding of retail, e-retail, and CRM.
- Business-oriented and results-driven.
- Proficient with numbers, budget, and P&L analysis.
- High energy level and team player.
Bac +5 / Doctorat and 2 years of experience in a similar role.
