We are a young and ambitious team of experts, comprising some of the brightest scientific minds in the industry.

As the Head of Business Development and Growth, you will be responsible for driving our commercial strategy, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring our continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a business development strategy, including sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Lead and build a high-performing sales and business development team capable of executing a growth strategy in a deeptech ecosystem.
  • Manage our different sales streams and collaborate with the executive team to shape the overall business strategy.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data and analytics to inform decision-making, track key performance indicators, and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve revenue targets.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or revenue leadership roles, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in HPC, Computing, Semiconductor, or Telecommunication.
  • Fluency in English and French is required.
