Head of Revenue Growth

We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Sales to drive revenue growth and ensure the successful enablement, performance, and expansion of our Sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building successful sales teams, with a strong focus on sales strategy, process optimization, and team development. The Head of Sales will work closely with our executive team to design and implement a comprehensive sales strategy and team development that will enable us to achieve our ambitious revenue targets. Key responsibilities include hiring, training, and managing a high-performing sales team, building and optimizing our sales playbook, narratives, and processes, and developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy and organization to achieve revenue targets and expand internationally. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and team management skills, with a passion for developing and coaching high-performing sales teams, and strong proficiency in sales analytics tools and CRM systems, with the ability to extract insights and trends from complex data sets to optimize sales performance. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute complex sales strategies, and strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and cross-functional teams. Requirements include 8+ years of experience in B2B or SaaS sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building successful sales teams, and a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required. A master's degree is a plus, and experience working in an international environment and managing a remote team is a plus.
