About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and accomplished Sales and Revenue Operations Leader to join our team at Back Market. As the Head of Sales SMBs and B2B Marketing, you will play a critical role in driving growth and expansion of our B2B presence globally.

Your Mission:

  • Sales Strategy and Leadership: Develop and implement a global sales strategy to expand Back Market's reach in the SMB sector, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • 360 Sales Cycle Management: Take ownership of the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, including prospecting, demonstrating Back Market's value proposition, handling pricing and negotiations, and closing sales to meet or exceed targets.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to ensure consistent achievement of targets, leveraging CRM tools to track opportunities, manage customer data, and forecast sales performance.
  • Team Management: Lead, manage, and mentor a high-performing team of B2B sales professionals, providing coaching and development to ensure team members meet and exceed revenue targets and key performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in B2B sales, including substantial experience in SaaS Sales, with a proven track record in B2B marketing and CRM management.
  • Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing sales teams, driving sales growth, and achieving revenue targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a diverse sales team, as well as think strategically and develop innovative sales strategies that align with company goals and market opportunities.
