We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Team Lead to join our team at Dimotrans Group. As a key member of our IT Operations team, you will be responsible for leading the Application Integration team in Tunis, working closely with the head of IT Ops Tunis and the functional manager in Frankfurt.
Key Responsibilities- Manage relationships within and between the various Application Integration teams in France, Germany, and Tunisia.
- Attend major meetings related to application integration and facilitate a weekly meeting with the Application Integration team in Tunis.
- Relay information between the Application Integration Teams in Paris, Tunis, and Frankfurt.
- Manage and organize the Application Integration team in Tunis, in close collaboration with the functional manager.
- Under the responsibility of the local manager and the functional manager, hire new profiles and conduct face-to-face interviews.
- Facilitate Application Integration task forces in Tunis in case of major incidents.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience in IT operations and application integration.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in French.
