Responsabilités

Vous serez chargé(e) de :

  • Développer de nouvelles offres sur votre gamme de produits
    • Définir le besoin, le positionnement de l'offre et construire le business plan,
    • Etablir et valider le cahier des charges,
    • Suivre la conception et la validation des solutions auprès des clients,
    • Préparer le lancement commercial en pilotant la création des outils marketing.
  • Optimiser la performance du portefeuille produits
    • Analyser et proposer des plans d'action pour accroître la performance économique du portefeuille de moteurs (volumes, rentabilité, parts de marché, qualité, optimisation de la page catalogue...)
    • Contribuer à l'élaboration de la stratégie et de la feuille de route moteurs.
  • Consolider la connaissance du marché (taille, clients, canaux de distributions, concurrence, normes...),
  • Se positionner en qualité d'Expert sur votre ligne de produits auprès des filiales et des métiers (Logistique, Achat, Communication etc...)
    • Délivrer les informations nécessaires au bon niveau et dans le bon timing,
    • Apporter le support Marketing adapté.
  • Analyser et synthétiser des informations pour faciliter la prise de décision auprès de la Direction de l'activité.
Compétences requises
  • Formation supérieure en Marketing (niveau bac+5)
  • 2+ années d'expérience minimum en marketing produit BtoB et BtoC. Une expérience au sein du Groupe SOMFY est un atout.

  • Votre ouverture d'esprit et votre aisance relationnelle vous amènent à fonctionner efficacement en mode projet, et ce, dans un contexte multiculturel et international.
  • Très bon(ne) communiquant, vous êtes proactif(ve) dans le partage de ce que vous faites et créatif(ve) dans la réalisation de ce partage.
  • Vos capacités d'analyse et de synthèse, couplées à votre orientation clients et marché, vous permettent d'être force de proposition et d'innovation dans la création de nouvelles offres mais également dans l'évolution des gammes de produits existants.
  • Vous êtes en mesure de vous exprimer aisément en anglais, autant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit (niveau B2+/C1).
  • Vous êtes enthousiaste à l'idée de vous déplacer régulièrement (en France et en Europe).
