As a Director, you are responsible for a commercial team of Business Developers and Business Unit Managers.
ResponsibilitiesLead your commercial team:
Train, coach, and manage Business Developers and Business Unit Managers
Define the commercial strategy for our clients in collaboration with Partners
Analyze and pilot the collaboration with Partners
Manage all teams responsible for implementing the commercial policy
Supervise sales administration
Participate in high-level commercial negotiations in collaboration with BUM and BD
Contribute to the growth of FDV PARTNER: Client Loyalty, Hunting, Partnerships, External Missions, Participation in Events, etc.
Develop transversal projects
With a higher education degree (BAC+5) from a top 20 business school, you have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Manager, Account Manager, or Commercial Responsible in the sale of high-value-added services to C-Level decision-makers: Consulting Services, Service Provision, Intellectual Services.
Well-organized and autonomous, you can handle multiple tasks and prioritize your work efficiently.
You know how to create strong and lasting relationships with our partners. Your reactivity combined with your rigor, as well as your ability to animate and federate teams, will be key to your success in this role.
Status: Manager
Flexible and evolving remote work policy (up to 3 days a week)

Remuneration Package: 60/75k€ fixed salary according to profile + 20/30k€ variable non-plafonded salary in the first year at target
