We are a leading independent creative agency at the crossroads of art and commerce, with a strong presence in Paris, Shanghai, Hong Kong, and New York. Our team has been driving innovation in retail design and digital creation for 28 years, working with major global brands such as Hennessy, Dior, Sephora, and Cartier.

About the Role

We are seeking a Business Developer to join our retail design business unit and collaborate with our Creative Director in driving business growth. As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing a growth strategy focused on business growth and customer satisfaction, and managing strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships to drive business growth
  • Participate in sector-related events and public relations
  • Negotiate contracts terms in terms of costs, quality, and deadlines
  • Develop a growth strategy focused on business growth and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Masters degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • Experience in architecture, interior design, or a creative field (an asset)
  • Demonstrated ability in business-to-business (B2B) sales
  • Strong presentation skills to promote our agency and business
  • Fluent in English, another language an asset
