About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team at Jacadi. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting the boutique Manager in achieving commercial objectives by being the brand ambassador and handling sales, customer relations, merchandising, and boutique maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the boutique Manager in achieving commercial objectives
  • Be the brand ambassador and handle sales, customer relations, merchandising, and boutique maintenance
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Experience in high-end retail
  • Impeccable customer service skills
  • Fluent English
  • Adaptability, curiosity, teamwork, and a strong customer focus
  • Fluency in other languages is a plus
