About the Role

MountainTop Life-Sciences is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team in France. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by promoting and selling our laboratory diagnostic products to healthcare providers, laboratories, and other relevant stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development:
    • Identify and target potential customers in the healthcare and diagnostic sectors.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
    • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
    • Provide product demonstrations and training to healthcare professionals.
    • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Product Knowledge and Expertise:
    • Maintain a thorough understanding of our molecular diagnostic products and their applications.
    • Stay informed about advancements in molecular diagnostics and competitor products.
    • Attend industry conferences, workshops, and training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
    • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Biomedical Sciences, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
  • Key Opinion Leaders network development experience.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the Pathology/Microbiology/Molecular diagnostics.
  • Fluent French and English.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel in the region as required.
