About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Regional Delegate in Cosmetics. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing our territory and driving sales growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the region.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
