About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Verathon. As a Territory Manager for Medical Solutions, you will be responsible for promoting our innovative BladderScan product line and driving sales growth in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategically manage the business in your territory to promote the Verathon BladderScan Product line.
- Execute sales strategies and techniques to realize sales opportunities identified in the Total Available Market (TAM) segmentation and analysis.
- Generate new business and maintain existing business by understanding the needs, building rapport, and influencing customers through creative solutions to their problems.
- Manage relationships with key customer stakeholders, including Clinical Nursing, C-suite Executives, Administration, and BioMed contacts.
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets by generating a high volume of sales activity through in-person prospecting, product evaluations, proposal generation, customer presentations, and negotiations.
- Forecast business potential to ensure sales pipeline supports achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry and market information to adapt to shifts in market demand and strategy.
Requirements
- 2+ years B2B outside sales experience within the medical device industry or clinical experience preferred.
- Fluent French language and knowledge of professional English is required.
- Driver's license.
