Post-Delivery Experience Manager

At Amazon France Logistique SAS, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. We're seeking a Post-Delivery Experience Manager to join our French Customer Service Team.

About the Role

This role requires a strong understanding of customer-centric processes and the ability to analyze data to drive improvements. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for enhancement and develop comprehensive project proposals to address these opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance the customer experience
  • Collaborating with data analysts to identify trends and insights that inform improvement initiatives
  • Communicating effectively with senior executives and stakeholders to align plans with Amazon's strategic objectives
  • Acting as the point of contact for pan-European and Global Post-Delivery Experience projects
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in customer service, with a focus on process improvement and data-driven decision making
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform improvement initiatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information to senior executives and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team
