Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and key performance indicators.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive change and improve customer experience.
- Communicate effectively with senior executives and stakeholders to align plans with Amazon's strategic objectives.
- Proven experience in customer service and process improvement.
