Post-Delivery Experience Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and key performance indicators.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive change and improve customer experience.
  • Communicate effectively with senior executives and stakeholders to align plans with Amazon's strategic objectives.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in customer service and process improvement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work with data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
