Post-Delivery Experience Manager
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Deliver process improvements through data-driven decision making and influencing other teams
* Analyze root causes and implement long-term solutions to enhance customer experience and key metrics
* Act as the point of contact for French CS for pan-European and Global Post-Delivery Experience projects
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or related area
* Work experience in customer service
* Data-driven decision making or quantitative analysis skills
