We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Executive to join our rapidly growing B2B SaaS startup, Zei, specializing in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) solutions. Are you data impact-driven and passionate about helping our clients accelerate their environmental and societal impact?

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source new clients: conduct research to identify potential customers through various channels such as company websites, Google, and industry reports.
  • Track key metrics, evaluate the financial aspects of business development, and optimize sales strategies for better results.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify emerging opportunities or areas for growth.
  • Regularly meet with internal stakeholders to discuss the status of customer accounts, follow up on orders, and address any issues.

Requirements:

  • 2-15 years of experience in B2B SaaS or cloud software sales, with a track record of successfully managing and closing Mid-Market deals.
  • Strong command of value-based selling, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in using CRM systems like Hubspot.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited education body.
  • Tech-savvy and analytical, you leverage data to inform your sales strategies. You are eager to take on future management responsibilities and help shape our sales strategy as we grow.
