At Crane Payment Innovations, we're looking for a Sales Manager to drive business growth in the Kiosk, Financial Services & Transport industries for assigned territories. Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, building customer relationships, and maximizing sales opportunities.
Key Tasks:
- Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to deliver sales targets and drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs and channel partners.
- Understand CPI products and their applications to create value-based sales presentations.
- Assist customers throughout their purchasing journey.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products.
- Be accountable for customer quotes and sales forecasts.
- Evaluate market trends and monitor sales performances.
- Stay updated on industry developments and leverage knowledge to provide strategic insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure internal coordination and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in sales management, engineering, or business administration with 5+ years' experience in sales.
- Italian & French native, fluent in English.
- Proven track record of successful sales management and consistent overachievement of sales targets.
- Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies and action plans.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, analytics tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to travel up to 60% of time.
