Are you a sales professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have a proven track record of delivering sales targets and driving business growth? We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at Crane Payment Innovations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to deliver sales targets and drive business growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs and channel partners
  • Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements
  • Assist customers throughout their purchasing journey
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products
  • Be accountable for all customer quotes
  • Develop and maintain a sales and orders funnel for assigned territories
  • Evaluate market trends and monitor sales performances
  • Stay updated on industry developments and emerging technologies

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in sales management, engineering or business administration with minimum 5 years' experience in a sales role
  • Language: Italian & French native, fluent in English
  • Proven track record of successful sales management and consistent overachievement of sales targets
  • Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies and action plans
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and analytics tools
  • Ability to travel up to 60% of time
