Are you a sales professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have a proven track record of delivering sales targets and driving business growth? We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at Crane Payment Innovations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to deliver sales targets and drive business growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs and channel partners
- Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements
- Assist customers throughout their purchasing journey
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products
- Be accountable for all customer quotes
- Develop and maintain a sales and orders funnel for assigned territories
- Evaluate market trends and monitor sales performances
- Stay updated on industry developments and emerging technologies
Requirements:
- Master's degree in sales management, engineering or business administration with minimum 5 years' experience in a sales role
- Language: Italian & French native, fluent in English
- Proven track record of successful sales management and consistent overachievement of sales targets
- Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies and action plans
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and analytics tools
- Ability to travel up to 60% of time
