About the Role

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for delivering sales targets and driving business growth in the Kiosk, Financial Services & Transport industries for assigned territories. You will develop and execute sales strategies, build and maintain long-term customer relationships, and maximize sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to deliver sales targets and drive business growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs and channel partners, understanding their needs and fostering long-term partnerships
  • Understand CPI products and their applications to create value-based sales presentations
  • Assist customers throughout their purchasing journey, from product selection to delivery
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products, maximizing revenue and customer experience
  • Be accountable for customer quotes, developing, building, and negotiating
  • Develop and maintain a sales and orders funnel for assigned territories, producing accurate monthly forecasts
  • Evaluate market trends, monitor sales performances, and identify new business opportunities
  • Stay updated on industry developments and emerging technologies, providing strategic insights and recommendations for business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure internal coordination and long-term customer satisfaction
Requirements

We are seeking a results-driven and action-oriented sales professional with a track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth. The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Master's degree in sales management, engineering, or business administration with minimum 5 years' experience in a sales role
  • Language: Italian & French native, fluent in English
  • Proven track record of successful sales management and consistent overachievement of sales targets
  • Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies and action plans
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems (Salesforce.com preferred), analytics tools (e.g. Qlik), and Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to travel up to 60% of time
  • Experience in the Transactional Kiosk, Transport Ticketing, or Cash Management industries is a plus
