About the RoleAs a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for delivering sales targets and driving business growth in the Kiosk, Financial Services & Transport industries for assigned territories. You will develop and execute sales strategies, build and maintain long-term customer relationships, and maximize sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to deliver sales targets and drive business growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs and channel partners, understanding their needs and fostering long-term partnerships
- Understand CPI products and their applications to create value-based sales presentations
- Assist customers throughout their purchasing journey, from product selection to delivery
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products, maximizing revenue and customer experience
- Be accountable for customer quotes, developing, building, and negotiating
- Develop and maintain a sales and orders funnel for assigned territories, producing accurate monthly forecasts
- Evaluate market trends, monitor sales performances, and identify new business opportunities
- Stay updated on industry developments and emerging technologies, providing strategic insights and recommendations for business growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure internal coordination and long-term customer satisfaction
We are seeking a results-driven and action-oriented sales professional with a track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth. The ideal candidate should possess:
- Master's degree in sales management, engineering, or business administration with minimum 5 years' experience in a sales role
- Language: Italian & French native, fluent in English
- Proven track record of successful sales management and consistent overachievement of sales targets
- Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies and action plans
- Proficiency in using CRM systems (Salesforce.com preferred), analytics tools (e.g. Qlik), and Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to travel up to 60% of time
- Experience in the Transactional Kiosk, Transport Ticketing, or Cash Management industries is a plus
