Position Overview
Reporting to the Director of Groups & Events, the Event Coordinator is responsible for ensuring a seamless client experience throughout the planning and execution of events. This role is pivotal in maintaining high standards of service and satisfaction from the initial contract signing to the conclusion of the event.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Oversee the technical and organizational aspects of events
- Conduct post-event evaluations and follow-ups
- Manage additional responsibilities as required
Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in luxury or upscale hospitality
- Fluency in both French and English is essential
- Familiarity with OPERA Cloud and Delphi software is advantageous
- Outstanding communication skills
- Proactive, creative, and highly organized
- Strong sense of service and accountability
