The Opportunity

We are seeking a Commercial Revenue Management Specialist for Southern Europe to become a vital part of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analytical Tasks: Conduct assessments of volume and mix prospects based on historical and current performance. Evaluate competitive positioning in a legally compliant manner. Interpret sales trends and market share fluctuations to project pricing and volume outcomes on a monthly basis. Provide insights on VPM deviations from the latest estimates and assess their implications. Oversee local SIP tracking.
  • Facilitation: Serve as a facilitator for Sales Area Managers to achieve VPM objectives. Collaborate with sales teams to develop local customer strategies within regional revenue management guidelines. Implement local initiatives within established parameters. Activate contingency plans in collaboration with Area Sales Managers.
  • Assistance: Regularly update the Revenue Management Hub Manager and regional teams with VPM analyses and modifications. Maintain timely communication with Finance regarding the latest dollarization impacts and potential risks, and report back to the Revenue Management Hub Manager and Area Sales Manager on current pricing strategies.

Qualifications:

Education:

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline is required.

Language Proficiency:

Proficiency in English is essential.

Professional Experience:

  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Sales, Pricing, or Operations, with a strong emphasis on analytics.
  • Proven experience in fostering alignment across various functions and regions is essential.
  • Experience within a large, multinational organization is advantageous.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strategic and analytical mindset.
  • Excellent communication abilities with colleagues in both business and technical roles.
  • Capacity to manage multiple competing priorities effectively.
  • Strong understanding of the business landscape, particularly in the automotive sector and related trends.
  • Solid grasp of Pricing, Sales, and Financial principles.
  • Proficient analytical skills.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation capabilities.
