About the RoleAs a Senior Counsel, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance of all operations in France, partnering with the France Leadership Team, and implementing compliance and global legal corporate policies for the Ice Cream Business.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure compliance of all operations in France through effective business partnering to the France Leadership Team.
- Partner with the France Leadership team and support transformational projects.
- Implement and roll out compliance and global legal corporate policies for the Ice Cream Business.
- Advise on key legal risks for the Ice Cream Business and provide a strategy and plan.
- Manage any Ice Cream related litigation.
- Provide legal support for the Customer Service, Logistics, Finance teams.
- Senior lawyer (+15 years' experience/PQE)
- Experienced in corporate law, commercial & sales contracts, legal marketing activities, competition law
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Commitment to unyielding integrity
