Customer Success Manager

At Brevo, we're looking for a seasoned Customer Success Manager to join our team and drive success for our public sector clients. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships with key public French institutions, understanding their unique challenges and objectives in the public sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up clients for success by defining critical goals and KPIs tailored to their specific needs.
- Guide clients toward achieving those objectives and be their voice to the Brevo Product team.
- Drive regular cadence with customers to report on KPIs, share results & actionable items with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Identify and manage development and growth opportunities within the portfolio.
- Participate in the team's effort to build a global Success framework for Brevo.

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in CRM or as a CSM with a specialization in managing public sector clients.
- A strong understanding and interest in the challenges, constraints, and decision-making processes specific to public institutions.
- Fluent in French and English.
