Job Responsibilities- Organize and manage sales contracts concluded by Commercial teams
- Record customer orders and ensure their proper execution
- Manage customer relationships
- Anticipate potential issues or customer dissatisfaction
- Resolve problems collaboratively with customers and the Tereos organization (Sales, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance)
- BTS/DUT in Commerce, Sales, and/or equivalent experience of at least 3 years in Sales Administration, Customer Relations, and/or Client Recovery
- Proficiency in English, French, and Spanish
- Experience with SAP software
- Reactivity, organization, customer service, flexibility, teamwork, anticipation, and analytical skills
