About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Tereos. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing sales and implementation of our products towards non-food markets, including providing technical support to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate volumes, prices, terms, and conditions with existing and potential customers in the defined area/scope
  • Provide technical support to customers, especially in Corrugated Board production
  • Lead, support, and follow up technical implementations at customers
  • Pro-actively promote and introduce new products to existing and potential customers
  • Have an excellent knowledge of his/her customer portfolio
  • Coordinate with internal functions, quality, and supply chain departments, for the best customer satisfaction/focus
  • Implement commercial strategy and policy of the company
Requirements
  • Engineer degree or similar technical education
  • Minimum 10 years of experience with a strong preference for Corrugated Board production/technical knowledge
  • French and English language proficiency
  • Competent in informatics tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Structured way of working/analytical skills
  • Results orientation, persuasion skills, teamwork
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Being able to work with autonomy
  • Frequent trips to customer/plant visits (50+% of the time)
