Contract: Permanent Contract

Position location: Flexible; Home based and/or Office

Your responsibilities:

The Sales Account Executive is responsible for managing the sales and implementation of Tereos products in non-food sectors, including Paper, Corrugated Board, and Green Chemistry. This role involves providing technical assistance to clients, particularly in the area of Paper and Corrugated Board production.

Key Activities:

Business Management

  • Negotiate volumes, pricing, terms, and conditions with current and prospective clients within the designated area.
  • Offer technical support to clients, especially regarding Corrugated Board production.
  • Lead and oversee technical implementations at client sites.
  • Actively promote and introduce new products to both existing and potential clients.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the customer portfolio.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including quality and supply chain departments, to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
  • Execute the commercial strategy and policies of the organization.

Sales Process Management

  • Create and manage the administrative aspects of sales contracts.
  • Responsible for reporting, sales forecasting, and tracking customer data, contract conditions, and pricing.
  • Conduct customer visits and report findings to relevant stakeholders.

Customer Portfolio Development

  • Analyze and optimize the sales portfolio based on market opportunities.
  • Cultivate and sustain strategic relationships with customers.

Market Analysis

  • Collect and consolidate market data.
  • Analyze competitive products by their characteristics and functionalities to evaluate competition.
  • Gather relevant Business & Market Intelligence to support sales and purchasing decisions.
  • Formulate strategies for market penetration and development.

General Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with company rules and policies in all activities.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment by actively participating in team activities and meetings.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives through direct involvement and leadership.

Your qualifications:

  • Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience, preferably with strong knowledge in corrugated board production.
  • Proficiency in both French and English.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging with clients at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to work.
  • Results-oriented with strong persuasion and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
  • Capable of working independently.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for client and plant visits.
