Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Administrator to join our Contracts Admin Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing new sales, preparing client contracts, and managing contract renewals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process new sales, including data entry into NetSuite and initial client invoicing.
  • Prepare VALD's standard client contracts while interpreting and explaining contract requirements and terms to clients.
  • Assist the Chief Client Officer, regional managers, and other members of the commercial team with financial reporting and contract renewals.
  • Collaborate with members of the Client Success team during the client onboarding process and manage paperwork associated with contracts.
  • Liaise with members of the Sales and Finance team to manage client orders and invoicing.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including record keeping, data entry, spreadsheet development, and responding to emails and inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French, spoken and written.
  • Law, Business Management, or accounting graduate.
  • Prior experience using Microsoft Office 365 suite of products, HubSpot, and Oracle NetSuite.
  • Ability to work proactively and manage competing tasks.
