Global Quantum Sales Director

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our global quantum photonic instrumentation and sensing business.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of growing new businesses in the photonic and/or scientific instrumentation industry, with strong knowledge of photonics, optical sensing systems, and quantum physics.
About the Role:- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies around single-photon detection systems and solutions.
- Actively seek out major customers and university groups, forming good relationships with key researchers and influencers.
- Develop sales pipeline to achieve business targets, ensuring profitability and scalability.
- Define and implement go-to-market strategies and sales channels for faster growth.
- Demonstrate strong leadership to motivate and lead a highly effective team of 3-4 sales managers worldwide, supported by technical sales support.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts; contribute to the annual budgeting exercise.
- A competitive compensation package, including an estimated salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
