Senior Sales Director for Quantum Communications

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Sales Director to lead our Quantum Communications department based in Geneva, Switzerland.
About ID Quantique SAIDQ is a pioneering company in the field of quantum communications and photonic sensing. We strive to develop innovative solutions for stronger cybersecurity ecosystems and communication networks, collaborating with renowned universities and research centers worldwide.
Your Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans for single-photon detection systems and solutions.
- Create a sales pipeline to achieve business targets, ensuring profitability and scalability.
- Design go-to-market strategies and sales channels to drive faster growth.
- Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills to motivate and guide a team of sales professionals worldwide, supported by technical sales expertise.
- Present sales forecasts and manage key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Proven experience in selling test & measurement equipment and/or services associated with instrumentation and sensing systems.
- Able to manage sales teams across different countries and regions.
- Familiarity with sales channels, including VARs, distributors, integrators, and service providers, as well as experience in developing new relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally, in English; other languages are an asset.

$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience
