- As the Head of Strategic Partnerships, you will be instrumental in propelling our expansion and forging essential alliances. Your contributions will greatly influence Homa's achievements by securing collaborations with premier studios, facilitating co-publishing ventures with leading mobile games, and nurturing relationships with platform partners.
- Oversee the complete deal-making cycle, encompassing sourcing, negotiating, structuring, and finalizing agreements.
- Leverage your industry expertise and Homa's resources to pinpoint and implement creative strategies for engaging studios and partners.
- Manage the onboarding process for new collaborators to guarantee seamless integration.
- Foster significant relationships that shape Homa's brand and drive our growth.
- Identify and address potential risks that may affect partnership and publishing outcomes.
- Administer and enhance app store/distribution partnerships to optimize game visibility and user acquisition.
- Remain updated on platform developments, policies, and industry trends concerning digital distribution and store management, working alongside internal product teams to adjust strategies and enhance our business.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to maximize the benefits of partnerships.
- Track partnership performance and deliver regular updates to senior leadership.
Preferred Qualifications — Your Profile
- 5-8 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or a related domain within a mobile game developer/publisher, mobile app store, or distribution organization.
- Demonstrated success in negotiating and finalizing agreements with game studios and publishers.
- Robust network within the mobile gaming sector, especially in hyper/hybrid casual games.
- Proven experience in managing app store relationships and advocating for app store initiatives internally, collaborating with game teams to execute strategies.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Capacity to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strategic mindset with the capability to identify and seize new opportunities.
