Lead the Way with American Express
We're looking for a talented Commercial Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Corporate Large Market team, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
As a Commercial Development Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of key accounts, including national and international clients. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Guaranteeing a best-in-class relationship between our department and our clients
- Sales and coordination of American Express solutions to maximize revenue growth
- Anticipating rebid phases and responding to requests for proposal to maximize retention success
Critical challenges of this position include:
- Meeting or exceeding overall portfolio growth, sales, and retention targets
- Developing strong, effective relationships with client stakeholders
- Driving portfolios' profitability in a highly competitive environment

Minimum Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:
- A-Level + 4 years minimum
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Key Account/Sales Manager position in complex environments (private and/or public sector)
- Knowledge of corporate/financial and/or business travel spheres
- B2B orientation/experience
- Fluent in English
