Commercial Development Assistant

Join our team at Unilever and take on the challenge of a 6-month commercial development assistant role. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the development of commercial strategies for key accounts
  • Analyze market performance and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Participate in the creation and management of trade plans and budgets
  • Develop trade tools and materials for key accounts
  • Monitor competitor activity and provide market insights
  • Analyze and optimize product assortment for key accounts
  • Support the preparation of client meetings
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, marketing, sales)
  • Previous experience in a commercial or sales role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
