Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled Client Onboarding Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless implementation and onboarding of structured financial transactions for our clients throughout Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete implementation process of Structured Finance transactions, including Supply Chain Finance and Receivables Finance.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Technology, and Services to provide expert implementation consultancy to clients.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management and various business lines.
  • Facilitate cross-business collaboration to align strategies and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Establish best practices for consistent approaches and effective communication with senior management.
  • Drive project timelines to optimize revenue generation.
  • Simultaneously manage multiple projects, serving as the primary contact for both internal and external clients.
  • Develop detailed implementation plans for each transaction, incorporating project management methodologies.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to assess project status and address any issues.
  • Provide timely updates on implementation progress and escalate concerns affecting client satisfaction.
  • Foster strong working relationships with colleagues across Europe and globally to ensure efficient client onboarding.
  • Identify process gaps and propose improvement initiatives to enhance client delivery.
  • Adapt to shifting priorities and demands from various stakeholders while maintaining high-quality output.
  • Maintain open communication with stakeholders regarding product offerings and client needs.
  • Engage proactively with colleagues to ensure comprehensive support for client requirements.

Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of global Trade Finance structures, particularly in Receivables Finance and Supply Chain Finance.
  • Familiarity with project management techniques.
  • Strong motivation and drive to deliver complex financial solutions and manage client portfolios effectively.
  • Proactive and adaptable approach to meet diverse client needs.
  • Experience in managing internal and external stakeholders at various levels.
  • Results-oriented with a proven track record of timely and quality project delivery.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure while resolving complex issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
  • Strong organizational skills to prioritize multiple demands and develop consensus.
  • Attention to detail and a strong focus on client-centric service.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and familiar with market platforms.
