Job Opportunity: Service Delivery Manager with Pre-Sales Expertise

Cognitive Group, part of the Focus Cloud Group, is seeking a seasoned Service Delivery Manager with a strong background in pre-sales to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key client stakeholders, driving business growth and delivering exceptional service.
  • Lead pre-sales engagements, collaborating with sales teams to capture customer requirements and develop tailored solutions.
  • Present service offerings and business benefits to potential and existing customers, promoting our expertise and value proposition.
  • Manage client contracts and engagement against Work Order obligations, ensuring seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to solution design, proposals, and client presentations, aligning technical solutions with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Service Delivery Management, Customer Success Management, or Account Management.
  • Strong pre-sales expertise, with the ability to align technical solutions with business objectives.
  • Knowledge of ITIL Framework or Project Management principles.
  • Understanding of CRM, ERP, and productivity applications.
